Exchange policy

We offer a 7-day exchange window from delivery for size issues or manufacturing faults.

Items should be unworn, unwashed and returned with original packing where possible. Exchanges depend on available stock in the requested size.

To request an exchange, contact Identity 92 with your order number, phone number and the size you need. Courier charges may apply unless the issue is our mistake.
